Studies to review manually (extraction errored)

These studies failed extraction and need a human look. Use the Ingest tab to retry one by PMID, or review the source directly. Dismiss takes a row off this list.

Citations needing attention

Citations are review-exempt, but these have data problems worth fixing.

Ingest a study

Paste a PubMed ID or a pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov link. The backend fetches metadata, abstract, open-access full text (commercial licenses only), the trial protocol when present, and runs Claude extraction. Results land in the Findings queue.

Eval — your verdict on each response

Each card is one response, shown as the patient saw it. Give ONE verdict: Would recommend ("I would recommend this to my own patients"), No objection ("not how I would phrase it, but no concern"), or Would not give ("I have a specific concern"; the why-note is required). Drag the recommendations into the order you would actually recommend, and move anything you would leave out into the Wouldn't include zone. Your order has teeth: unless you object, it immediately nudges how these items rank in future patient answers (latest reviewer wins), and an excluded item is demoted. Endorsing marks the items Expert recommended and queues them for citations; a question stops appearing after 3 endorsements (an objection resets that, and a new prompt or corpus version reopens it). Cards marked redirected are questions the app DECLINED to answer: endorse if declining was right, object (with the why) if it should have been answered.

Resources — validate web links

Unvetted web-search resources the patient app surfaced. Open the link, then rate relevance and actionability (1–3; 0 = never show). Anything rated 2–3 on both is promoted into the vetted resources catalog and linked to the conditions/interventions it matched, so it then surfaces as a curated resource.

Import findings from Excel

Upload the findings template — one row per finding. Interventions and conditions are matched to existing rows automatically (including similar spellings); anything new, and every finding, loads as needs-human-review. Re-uploading is safe (already-loaded findings are skipped). Download the template.
